For individual sessions, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
For events, spa rituals, or group experiences, most of our guests book 1–3 months ahead — especially during high season.

That said, don’t hesitate to contact us even last-minute. If we can make it happen, we absolutely will!

Everything you need for a spa-quality experience at your villa:

All we need is a quiet, shaded spot with enough room to set up a massage table (approx. 2 × 2 m).
Indoors or outdoors — by the pool, on a terrace, or in a spacious room — we’ll adapt the setup to your villa’s style.

Of course. Children (ages 6+) and teens are welcome with parental presence or consent.
We also offer a dedicated Family Spa Day experience — feel free to ask us for recommendations based on your group.

If your booking is outdoors and the weather doesn’t allow it, we’ll help move it indoors or reschedule.
For cancellations, we kindly ask for 24-hour notice when possible.

Absolutely.
You can mix massages, facials, body rituals, or even add-on options like yoga, glow masks, or stretching sessions.
If you’re planning something unique, just ask — we’re happy to create tailor-made wellness flows.

Payment:
– We require a deposit to secure your booking
– The remaining balance is paid after your session (via Revolut, PayPal, bank transfer, or cash)

Cancellation Policy:
• More than 7 days before: Full refund
• 6 to 2 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 48 hours: No refund
